If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your VivaLaChi jewelry purchase, simply contact us for a Return Authorization Number for a full refund or exchange, less the cost of shipping.
To return an item, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1. Contact our customer service department at
[email protected] to request a Return Authorization Code.
Step 2. Our representative will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number to you within 24 hrs.
Step 3. Once the Return Authorization has been issued. Pack and ship the items. Include the RA number on the outside of the return package and return it to the address below:

After your return is received and processed a refund or credit will be issued to you for the cost of the item. If the replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to you.
