Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your VivaLaChi jewelry purchase, simply contact us for a Return Authorization Number for a full refund or exchange, less the cost of shipping.


To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1. Contact our customer service department at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization Code. 

Step 2. Our representative will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number to you within 24 hrs.

Step 3. Once the Return Authorization has been issued. Pack and ship the items. Include the RA number on the outside of the return package and return it to the address below:

After your return is received and processed, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the cost of the item. If the replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to you.
