A QUICK GUIDE TO SELECTING CHI JEWELRY FOR HEALTH

Maintaining Chi flow:

Use Chi jewelry with a Chi Flow Index of ++ or above.

Necklaces can be used for overall general health; bracelets for the shoulder, arm, wrist and hand; anklets for the hip, leg and foot.

For a bracelet to help the upper body, a bracelet with a Chi Flow Index above +++ is recommended.

Healing:

Use Chi jewelry with a Chi Flow Index above ++.

Necklaces can be used for general internal healing. Bracelets or anklets can be worn on the side of body where healing needs to be encouraged. They are both great for healing and preventing sports injuries.

If you have a wound that is bandaged or covered in some way, or any sort of connective tissue injury (broken bone, torn ligaments, torn tendons, pulled muscles, etc), place any piece of jewelry with a Chi Flow Index of +++ or higher directly on the covered injured part of the body for at least 20 minutes/day.

Note: For someone bedridden, start with a bracelet (Chi Flow Index of ++) then use a necklace (Chi Flow Index above ++) as one gets stronger.

Pain Management:

Use Chi jewelry with a Chi Flow Index above +++.

Necklaces (Chi Flow Index above +++) or bracelets (Chi Flow Index of and above +++++) can be used to ease chest, back, and abdominal pain. Use bracelets for the shoulder, elbow, arm, wrist and hand, while anklets for the hip, leg, knee, ankle and foot. Bracelets or anklets can be worn on the side of the body experiencing soreness or pain.

Better breathing:

Use a Chi necklace with Chi Flow Index above +++.

Heavy readers and cell phone users:

Use Chi earrings and Chi necklaces to reduce the strain on the eyes and the negative effects of cell phones on the ears.

Heavy computer users:

Wear a Chi bracelet on the hand that operates the mouse, and Chi earrings for the eyes.

Please note that Chi Jewelry has an additive effect, so two or more pieces can be worn at the same time to increase the effectiveness.
